Free Cancellation & 100% Deposit Refund
Brahtak offers full flexibility to cancel or reschedule appointments without any deduction, provided cancellation is made at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.
- 100% Deposit Refund: Full refund sent back to your original payment method.
- Complimentary Rescheduling: You may transfer the deposit to any new date/time up to 2 hours before the session.
Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Because practitioners reserve exclusive time slots and travel with single-use sterile medical kits, the following terms apply for late cancellations:
- Cancellation < 4 Hours: Deposit is forfeited to cover specialist reserved time and travel expenses.
- Patient No-Show: If specialist arrives and waits 15 minutes without contact, booking is marked no-show.
Practitioner Unavailability Guarantee
In the rare event a specialist cannot attend due to an emergency, patients immediately choose one of two options:
Immediate 100% refund of the deposit.
Immediate replacement specialist with a courtesy discount.
